Raspberry Tart Tatin

Who doesn’t love raspberries?

This dessert is so easy to make, and so delightfully satisfying that you would be utterly mad if you didn’t make it.

Start out with my basic pie dough recipe.

Bake the crust. And then let it cool. Slightly mash some fresh raspberries and layer them on top of the cooled crust. Add a bit of chocolate fudge for an added fancy. Enjoy!

Question: Do you think fruit and chocolate is a good combo?

I think chocolate and anything is a good combo … So with that being said, yes – fruit and chocolate is a no-brainer! 🙂
