Who is Rachel?
Salutations! I’m Rachel; the ingenious mind of Rachel’s Cottage House.
In my spare time, you can always find me in one place; the kitchen. With that being said, I love to cook and bake; it is a true passion of mine that started ever since I tried my very first chocolate chip cookie.
The Cottage:
All of the musings of Rachel’s Cottage House take place at “the cottage.” The cottage resides somewhere in the woods close to the border of Pennsylvania. Inside the walls of the little stone edifice is a world of cooking, baking, and taste-testing. This is the place where Rachel’s three younger brothers stop by most frequently to see what she’s cooking.

Oh Rachel — every time I check up on this blog I am not only blown away by the quality, craftsmanship, originality, and aesthetic beauty that is evident here, but also by the usefulness of your recipes (which all look delicious, by the way) and the professional overtone that glosses the whole site.
